About the event

Presented by WoodWorks and the Oregon Mass Timber Coalition, the Mass Timber Seasonal Shindig offers a dedicated gathering for professionals working across the wood construction sector. The festive evening convenes both newcomers and seasoned practitioners to reflect on shared accomplishments, exchange concepts for upcoming work, and strengthen community ties over food and drinks. The program brings together regional partners including the Tallwood Design Institute, Oregon Department of Forestry, and Port of Portland, creating an open networking environment to spark collaboration and support the broader adoption and future of mass timber design and delivery.

Attendance notes

Parking is available in the Alder Street Garage at 615 SW Alder St. The Meier and Frank building is adjacent to Pioneer Square with access to bus and MAX transit lines.
