As part of the World Green Building Week during September 16 – 20, Chile Green Building Council and members of the Board of Directors of USGBC will take part in the inauguration of the first LEED Gold Certified Residential Building in Santiago, Chile. The project was developed and built by well known local firm Molina Morel and is located at #13.800, Las Condes Ave., Lo Barnechea District, at the eastern area of Santiago.
