This webinar presents findings from the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy initiative known as the BEAR Hub, or Behavior, Energy, Action and Research. Although behavioral scientists produce numerous concepts to encourage climate-friendly decisions, real-world deployment remains rare. The session reviews a ten-month engagement supporting two cities, a state agency, a county agency, and a commercial business. Attendees will learn how behavioral strategies were directly applied to boost community and occupant participation across building efficiency, industrial practices, and transportation programs, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation.
