The 2014 ASIC National Conference will take place on April 25 – 28 in Portland, Oregon and is organized by the American Society of Irrigation Consultants. There will be sessions discussion a variety of topics including engineered structured soils; fusible PVC; 20% of the world’s energy demands come from pumping water; the value of water management services and many more. Workshops on water quality and treatment as well as integrated water management will be offered by Green Roofs for Healthy Cities, a golf tournament will take place on Saturday, and the ASIC Awards Banquet will be held on the last day.
