The Workshop: Cost-Effectiveness Testing for Next-Generation Energy Efficiency will take place on June 15th in Hartford, Connecticut, U.S. Discussion topics include: A new guidance – a National Standard Practice Manual for Assessing Cost-Effectiveness; Rhode Island’s resource value approach to cost-effectiveness as well as take aways from some other states’ current practice;A discussion on challenging topics – non- energy impacts and cost-effectiveness of Advanced Metering Infrastructure; and A group conversation with diverse stakeholders (consumer advocate, regulators, program administrators, evaluators, etc) about using cost-effectiveness in preparing energy efficiency for the Future.
