Pathway to 2050 will take place on June Our annual California energy policy event brings together an influential group of advanced energy business leaders and state policy-makers to discuss opportunities to accelerate California’s economy through the growth of advanced energy. This year’s program will cover the following topics: How will the new landscape in Washington impact California’s advanced energy policies?; What will it take to meet the state’s ambitious vehicle electrification goals?; The Advanced Energy Workforce: Are we prepared for the future?; and How is energy storage changing utility planning and procurement?

ADVANCED ENERGY ECONOMY (AEE) is a national association of business leaders who are making the global energy system more secure, clean, and affordable. Advanced energy encompasses a broad range of products and services that constitute the best available technologies for meeting energy needs today and tomorrow. Among these are energy efficiency, demand response, energy storage, natural gas electric generation, solar, wind, hydro, nuclear, electric vehicles, biofuels and smart grid. It’s all the innovations that make the energy we use more secure, clean, and affordable.
