The National Healthy Homes Conference organized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will take place on May 28 – 30 in Nashville, Tennessee. Major Planning Partners include Rebuilding Together, HGTV, and DIY Network. There will be more than 130 educational sessions based on six themes. Conference goals include: identifying and bridging the gab between housing and health; showcasing trends, research and innovations; outlining how healthy homes can be designed and attainable by everyone; developing new and strategic partnerships across disciplines, and reducing disparities in the availability of healthy, safe, affordable, accessible, and environmentally friendly homes and communities. The exhibit hall will feature poster presentations, interactive exhibits, and representatives from organizations and companies who provide services and products to help make the home healthy.
