Introduction to the Living Building Challenge

Introduction to the Living Building Challenge will take place on April 13th, 2018 in Trinidad + Tobago.

“WHAT IF EVERY ACT OF DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION MADE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE?”

“WHAT DOES GOOD LOOK LIKE?”

This Introductory session will be focused on the philosophy behind THE LIVING BUILDING CHALLENGE, an overview of the standard itself and how it has been a key tool in helping to drive the transformation of the built environment, creating healthier, more enriching spaces to live, work and play while restoring ecosystems and communities.

The Living Building Challenge focuses on the principles of Regenerative Designs, which means that it goes BEYOND SUSTAINABILITY.

You will also gain insight to TRINIDAD’S FIRST LIVING BUILDING MODEL PROJECT (The RegenVast Smart Living Home) and learn how you can become part of this global movement, creating positive changes in your community, country and region!
