Following the success of earlier events in the series, SEB-14, the Fifth International Conference on Sustainability in Energy and Buildings will take place on June 25 – 27 in Cardiff, Wales, UK. Organized by the Ecological Built Environment Research and Enterprise (EBERE) group at the Cardiff School of Art and Design, Cardiff Metropolitan University in partnership with KES International, the aim of the conference is to bring together researchers, government, and industry professionals to discuss the future of energy in buildings, neighbourhoods and cities from a theoretical, practical, implementation and simulation perspective. In addition to presentations of full and short papers in general tracks and invited session tracks, SEB-14 will also include expert keynote talks, doctoral student poster sessions, workshops and visits to a number of landmark projects in south Wales including the Ebbw Vale Regeneration Works project, and Cardiff Bay Barrage.
