2019: Trends and Incentives in Green Building will take place on January 23rd, 2019 in Seattle, Washington, U.S. This session will focus on hot green building opportunities for 2019. Our speakers:
Ben Kaufman is a guild former board member and current managing broker at Greenworks Realty and Beneficial Ventures.
Dave Porter with HomeStreet Bank and Porter Works is a nationally recognized educator and practitioner of green development.
Aaron Clark is a leader in Stewardship Partners’ rain garden program, working to capture runoff and stormwater before it contaminates our waterways.
Steven Fry is the Green Stormwater Manager for the Seattle 2030 District will speak about Green Leasing. Green leases create a platform to ensure transparency about energy and water efficiency goals for buildings, so that tenants, managers and owners are informed and empowered to meet their targets.
